The Hub 2 Plus has a communication module with four independent channels and supports high-speed LTE networks. Photo verification is the future of the security industry. This technology is ideal for both commercial and residential purposes as it is cost-effective and respects people's privacy. The animated photo series of MotionCam's motion detectors allows you to verify movement on site. The cameras are only activated in the event of an alarm.

The Hub 2 Plus enables the connection of 200 MotionCams. In just 9 seconds, the security company and users receive a photo confirmation of the alarm. Thanks to the support of LTE networks, this is even possible with just one SIM card.

We have developed the Jeweller radio protocol to ensure that all security devices work together seamlessly. It enables two-way communication over a distance of up to 2,000 meters between the hub and the detectors, remote control of the system and alarm delivery in less than 0.15 seconds.

The wireless protocol uses polling intervals to synchronize device communication sessions, authentication to prevent fraud and encryption to protect against data theft. At the same time, the protocol is very energy efficient, so the detectors run for years on the batteries supplied.

Wings is an innovative wireless protocol developed for high-speed transmission of graphical data over long distances. The Hub 2 Plus radio protocol uses its own antenna to ensure the reliability of the connection. Thanks to integrated algorithms for checking and reloading data packets, Wings transmits photos over a distance of up to 1,700 meters, even in the event of unstable signals and connection interruptions. Employees of the security company and users of the system receive a photo confirmation of the alarm within 9 seconds.

Automation of security

With Hub 2 Plus, you can create 64 scenarios to minimize the impact of human behaviour on security. The hub can arm and disarm an object or group according to a schedule. In the event of an intrusion into the monitored room, a fog machine can be activated immediately. In the event of a fire, the property can be disconnected from the power supply and the emergency lighting switched on. Water leaks can cause the water supply to be cut off. Lighting, electric locks, roller shutters and garage doors can be triggered automatically when the system status changes, when a button is pressed or when a detector is triggered.

Protection of large objects with a complex internal structure

Hub 2 Plus ensures the security of the most complex buildings, such as business centers, factories or multi-storey villas with outbuildings. The new hub can control up to 200 devices. The radio range is up to 2000 meters and up to 35 square kilometers can be covered by the system's radio network. With Hub 2 Plus, you can create up to 200 users and also up to 25 groups to divide the security of a property into zones and personalize access for employees.

Resistant to sabotage

The security company and users are notified if something happens to the Hub 2 Plus. The hub cannot be switched off inconspicuously, even if the system is disarmed. If an intruder tries to remove the device from the mount, the tamper alarm is triggered immediately. The Ajax Cloud can detect the loss of connection with the hub in as little as 60 seconds thanks to the frequent polling interval. Even if the power supply to the building is interrupted, the hub will continue to defend for up to 15 hours thanks to its built-in battery.

Development instead of stagnation

The Hub 2 Plus works on the real-time operating system OS Malevich developed by Ajax Systems. The system is highly reliable, resistant to viruses and protected against cyber attacks.

The modular architecture simplifies the development of OS Malevich. The system receives new functions through updates several times a year. This process does not require the intervention of an installer or user and is carried out within minutes while the security system is disarmed.

Hub 2 Plus is Ajax's most powerful hub. Compared to Hub 2, it has a 4.5 times faster processor and 8 times more memory. Its hardware equipment allows it to expand over the years and stay up to date.

Control via the app

As apps are more convenient and reliable, control buttons on the hub and outdated interfaces were deliberately omitted. The connection to the hub is made via a secure channel through the Ajax cloud, which is located in several AWS (Amazon Web Services) data centers. Apps allow users with administrator rights to manage object security, change settings of the hub and the devices connected to it, create scenarios and monitor events. This can be done on site or remotely using a smartphone or computer.

Assembly without hectic

The Hub 2 Plus is ready for use on delivery. All communication modules, the power supply unit and the battery are installed. To start setting up the system, you need to connect the device to power and the internet, insert SIM cards and scan a QR code using the app. Thanks to the SmartBracket mount, the device does not need to be disassembled during installation.

Connecting security devices, video cameras and users; testing the radio signal, creating groups and scenarios, as well as connection requests to emergency call and service control centers: all system settings are always available in the Ajax app. Regardless of whether you are on site or not.
