Efficient visitor management for Felix Schoeller: GRAEF Group opts for HIKVISION solution
The GRAEF Group was commissioned by the internationally active Felix Schoeller Group - a leading manufacturer of specialty papers headquartered in Osnabrück - to plan, deliver and implement a state-of-the-art visitor management system based on HIKVISION. The focus was on the control, management and tracking of all visitor and supplier flows on the factory premises.
The system was embedded in a holistic security concept, which also consisted of license plate recognition (LPR cameras), access solutions from ZABAG and an individually developed user interface - all professionally installed and adapted by the GRAEF Group.
Visitor management with HIKVISION: Digital control for maximum security
The heart of the project was the intelligent visitor management system, which was implemented using the powerful HIKVISION software. This solution allows security and reception staff to manage all visitor processes digitally, transparently and in compliance with the GDPR.

Gate and access control with ZABAG: Secure access for people and vehicles
High-quality gate systems and barriers from ZABAG were used for physical access control. These were linked directly to the HIKVISION visitor management system. They are controlled automatically - either by prior approval or after identification via RFID, QR code or vehicle license plate.

Thanks to the robust design and intelligent connection, all inputs and outputs are secure and controllable around the clock.
LPR camera system: Automated detection and documentation
Another project component was the installation of modern LPR cameras (License Plate Recognition). These cameras are directly connected to the visitor management system and enable automatic access clearance for registered vehicles - a huge efficiency gain in day-to-day operations.

Individual visitor interface: Customized solution from Hannes Hanisch
A special feature was implemented by our security expert Hannes Hanisch: an individual user interface for reception and security staff that works seamlessly with the HIKVISION system. This interface was developed specifically for the needs of Felix Schoeller and enables intuitive, clear control of all visit processes.
