Carrier Interview: Insights into the cooperation between the GRAEF Group and KIDDE Commercial

As part of the Carrier interview, we, the GRAEF Group, had the opportunity to talk to our longtime partner KIDDE Commercial about the collaboration, joint projects and future opportunities in the security industry. Our CEO, Peter Gräf, took part in the conversation with Tarek Salame and shared exciting insights into the development of the GRAEF Group and how our synergy with Carrier has strengthened over time.

The GRAEF Group: From IT to security

During the interview, Peter Gräf explained how the GRAEF Group developed from a pure IT service provider to a leading provider in the security industry. Originally founded as an IT system house, we focused on cyber and network security. But from 2007, we expanded our range to include physical security systems, including fire alarm systems and burglary protection.

This change has enabled us to create a unique link between IT services and physical security solutions. It is precisely this synergy that sets us apart from other providers. Customers appreciate that we not only have the IT expertise, but also the technical skills to provide comprehensive security solutions.

Cooperation with Carrier: a milestone

A key point of the Carrier interview was our partnership with KIDDE Commercial. Peter explained that we were one of the first companies to launch Carrier wireless alarm systems in Germany. Particularly exciting was the introduction of the 2X Touch system, which is characterized by its intuitive user interface and modern technology. Similar to a smartphone, users do not need to be trained for a long time - the system is simple and intuitive to use.

Peter emphasized that this system fits perfectly with our approach. We don't just want to offer our customers outdated solutions, but state-of-the-art technologies that also represent a revolution in traditional industries such as fire protection and security technology.

Strong partnership thanks to regular communication

Another aspect we discussed in the Carrier interview was the close cooperation and regular communication between the GRAEF Group and Carrier. Peter Gräf emphasized that we have monthly calls with Carrier to discuss technical updates, marketing measures and new projects. This close coordination allows us to constantly improve our partnership and ensure that together we serve our customers in the best possible way.
